In the United States, the FCC regulates radio frequency and electromagnetic emissions from devices. The US FCC has listed TÜV SÜD as a Telecommunications Certification Body (TCB), which means that all of our test results are accepted by the FCC, granting our customers access to the US market.CE (European Conformity)
The EU requires manufacturers of electronic devices that emit radio frequency emissions to comply with certain standards, including the Radio Equipment Directive (RED). In Canada, ISED regulates the radio spectrum for all transmitters operated in the country.
